Yes. Every new account gets a 7-day free trial with 3 Deep Scans and 100 Screenings. To prevent abuse, some accounts are asked for a card; those become Basic after 7 days unless you cancel. Without a card, the trial simply ends.

On paid plans, yes: they reset to your plan total on each successful renewal, and unused allowance doesn't roll over. The Free plan's 3 Deep Scans don't reset.

They stay on your account forever. Purchased credits are separate from your included allowance, never expire, and are only consumed after your included Deep Scans run out — a monthly reset never touches them.

Yes. Pro includes unlimited screenings, so screening candidates never counts against a balance. Deep Scan limits still apply per the plan allowance.

Your included allowances do not reset while the renewal is unpaid. Access continues on the free allowance until the payment succeeds and the next invoice is paid.

You lose the founding beta price permanently — it is locked only while your subscription stays continuous. Your purchased Deep Scan credits remain available on your account.
